For the purpose of this exhibition, collage is defined in a broad sense, including assemblage, decoupage, photo and video montage, and other mixed media practices. Works may include other media such as painting or drawing, but collage must be a significant component of the overall design.   

Artist may submit up to five (5) artworks. Each must be ready, safe, and complete for installation. The following submission guidelines apply:  

• Wall-mounted works must be wired at the back with D-rings; compatible with our gallery's wire-rail hanging system 
• Wall-mounted artworks cannot exceed 25 lbs in weight
• Sculptural works must be able to sit securely on a 30.5 x 30.5 cm (12×12 inch) plinth. 
• All media and styles are permitted, but collage must be a significant component of the overall design 
• Video and digital artwork accepted, however, due to limited equipment only one video work is able to be displayed 

Due to Great Hall Gallery being located in a shared, public, multi-use space, the following artworks may not be accepted:

• Artworks that are unready, unsafe, or incomplete for installation 
• Artworks containing imagery or subject matter not appropriate for all ages 

Deadline to submit: Thursday, July 16, 2026 at 11:59PM
Artists will be notified of the results of their application by July 21, 2026
