Calling beginner and experienced painters alike! Call a friend (or two!) and spend the hour learning how to create a beautiful image in watercolour in a virtual paint-along experience. Learn the basics, have fun, and leave with a completed piece in this loose and free-style workshop! If you are interested in getting feedback on your painting, Instructor Mahtab is happily available after the session via email to provide input on your piece.

Requirements
In order to participate in our virtual workshop you will need access to a stable internet connection, a free Zoom account, a computer, laptop or tablet with a camera and microphone, and a dedicated space to make art. Bring your art supplies, snacks, a lunch, and your imagination!
Meet Your Instructor
Instructor Mahtab Abdollahi graduated with a Bachelor of Arts (BA) in Fine Art (1998) and completed her Master of Arts (MA) in Illustration from Fine Art University (2003). She studied Graphic Design at George Brown College and graduated with Honours in 2009. She has participated in numerous group and nine solo exhibitions, including the National Gallery of Canadian Drawings online. She is also a board member of NGA, the Newmarket Group of Artists. She teaches watercolour, drawing and painting to adults and children.
