Want to get happy? Learn to play the oh-so-hip ukulele! Come to this ground level introductory course – no musical theory required. This class is for the absolute beginner who has never played an instrument before, or for those who have merely dabbled and would like to take the next step forward. You will learn all the basics: the most commonly used chords, standard tuning, and simple strumming techniques. Each week, you will build on the previous lesson with new songs, new chords and new techniques. By the end, you’ll be a player! A show-off. An addict! Bring a ukulele in working order and a notebook.
