Meet Your Instructor
Instructor Francesca Pasubio is a 22 year old artist based in Vaughan Ontario, who specializes in oil painting. She has practiced painting from a young age, receiving a scholarship to pursue Fine Arts, and currently graduating from the BFAH program at Queen’s University. Blending realism with abstractions, she works to achieve confusing dream-like realms in her paintings. Her work attempts to immerse viewers into infinite spaces incorporating elements of vague memories and personal relationships into her compositions. Her work has been featured in the 2023 Queen’s University ‘Offline’ Art Exhibition, and she has worked for the Aurora Cultural Centre as a Senior Camp Counsellor for two years, instructing a variety of art lessons to children ages 4-12.
