Closing Discussion
A final event as part of Letters to the Earth: Between Despair and Hope
Wed. August 23 at 7 PM
Temporary Gallery Location: Aurora Town Hall, Second Floor
As we close our summer exhibition, Letters to the Earth: Between Despair and Hope, we ask the community to join us in discussion with the curator, Carmel Brennan.
Reflecting upon the curator’s process and the personal letters written by artists within the exhibition, we will touch upon various environmental concerns within our community and meditate on our own actions and impact on the world. The discussion will be followed by a letter writing workshop, in which each of the visitors will write their own letter to the earth.
