Aurora Cultural Centre Presents
Laila Biali:
Joni Mitchell & the Canadian Songbook
Davide De Simone Performance Hall
Aurora Town Square | 50 Victoria Street, Aurora
6:45 pm Doors Open
7:30 pm Show Start
Experience a masterful fusion of jazz and pop as multi-award-winning vocalist and CBC host Laila Biali returns to the Aurora Cultural Centre. Joining her on-stage for this performance is Juno nominated saxophonist and composer, Alison Young!
In this brand-new tribute project, Biali reimagines the legendary works of Joni Mitchell, Leonard Cohen, and Neil Young. Expect “fresh takes” on hits like Big Yellow Taxi and Free Man in Paris, interwoven with playful anecdotes and heartwarming stories.
After selling out multiple venues across Canada, Biali brings her unique “osmosis” with the Canadian songbook to our stage for an unforgettable evening.
