In this new 5-week beginner acrylic painting course, participants will be introduced to the fundamentals of acrylic painting that every artist should know. Understanding basics such as composition, form, colour, value, and space will give participants a good foundation to start from.

Skills will be developed by painting a different piece on canvas each week. This will help you better understand how these fundamentals affect your painting. Using a minimum colour palette, you will learn how to mix your own colours, which brushes to use at different stages of your painting, and learn different techniques on how best to apply paint to your canvas. This is great class for beginners or intermediate artists looking for a refresher.
