Levels of Inspiration

From the dynamic engagement of the Kaleidoscope in the Schools Program (KITS) to the captivating experiences offered by our Visual Art Exhibitions, and Performing Arts Series, your support plays an essential role in cultivating an ecosystem of creativity and innovation. When making your commitment, you can give to the organization as whole or have the option to direct your gift to a specific program of your choice, ensuring targeted support to the area you’re most passionate about. All undirected gifts will be judiciously utilized where the need is greatest, continuing to foster our mission of artistic and cultural enrichment.

Applause Level – $10/month (or $120) 

  • Charitable tax receipt  
  • Recognition in our annual report and on our website 
  • Advanced ticket purchase opportunities for performances, events, and the Aurora Cultural Supper Club.
  • Exclusive invite to our special events exclusively for donors, such as receptions, gallery openings, or previews of upcoming exhibitions, providing them with opportunities to network with other arts supporters, artists, and Aurora Cultural Centre leadership.

Standing Ovation Level – $25/month (or $300) 

  • Includes all benefits of the Applause Level.
  • Updates through our “Insider Spotlight” newsletter including exclusive access to content from our educational outreach program (KITS), artists, visual art exhibitions, and live performances.
  • First option opportunities to sign up to our popular artistic workshops led by renowned artists and performers.

Bravo Level – $50/month (or $600)

  • Includes all benefits of Standing Ovation Level.
  • Personalized thank you messages (written and/or video message) from our performers and/or featured artists.
  • Special pre-arranged priority meet-and-greet time with artist.
  • Pre-set drinks and concessions, so no waiting at intermission

Creative Virtuoso: The “I Want It All” Level –  $100/month (or $1200)

An all-encompassing support opportunity

  • All benefits of the Bravo Level.
  • Advance ticket purchase opportunity for the Aurora Cultural Supper Club experience alongside Aurora Cultural Centre’s Executive Director, artists, community leaders and distinguished guests.
  • A personalized, guided tour of our exhibitions and facilities, including behind-the-scenes access in the new Aurora Town Square, set to open in Q4 of 2024.
  • A feature spotlight of you in our newsletter and on our website, highlighting their passion for the arts and their reasons for supporting the Centre.

Other Ways To Help Support

Securities
Gifts of securities are now the most tax-efficient way to make a charitable donation, thanks to the elimination of capital gains on donations of publicly-traded securities. You can donate stocks, bonds and mutual funds. Shares in private corporations and stock options are not eligible. You will receive a tax receipt for the full amount of your donation. We recommend that you speak with your financial advisors when considering these type of gifts to ensure that your financial goals are considered, your tax situation is reviewed and your gift is tailored to your individual circumstances.

Making a Gift In Your Will
A charitable gift in your last will and testament, known as a bequest, can be in the form of a sum of money, a specific property, a percentage of the residue of your estate, a life insurance policy, an RRSP or a contingency gift. The tax credit resulting from a bequest can provide valuable tax savings to your estate. Making a gift through your will is a meaningful way to celebrate your legacy while making a lasting commitment to the Aurora Cultural Centre.
