We Have Migrated to AudienceView Professional

We are pleased to announce that the Aurora Cultural Centre has completed our migration from Vendini to AudienceView Professional, a new patron-centric ticketing and customer relationship management system. AudienceView services 4500+ clients around the globe, and processes more than 65 million tickets annually. AudienceView will allow us to offer more robust ticketing, merchandise, subscription and donor opportunities to our patrons.

What does this changeover mean for you?

Patrons will now be able to purchase tickets, register for classes, give the gift of a gift card, buy original artwork and support the Centre through a donation – all in one easy-to-use system. However, AudienceView Professional does look and feel different from our previous ticketing system. To assist you with this transition, we’ve created several tutorial videos to help you navigate our new Digital Box Office.
