Still life is the perfect genre to start your artistic journey and is often regarded as one of the most effective ways to learn the essentials of painting. Working with everyday objects you will learn to sketch their form using basic principles such as shape and line. As motionless subject matter allows you to master composition, shading, and proportion, you will work with the fascinating medium of watercolour to create a unique and organic piece that reflects your own personal style. Open to all skill levels. All materials provided in class upon payment of registration fee.
