Instructor Jessie Chui (Crafted to Bloom) is a paper floral artist and designer working out of her studio in the Greater Toronto Area.  She handcrafts intricate, one-of-a-kind paper floral designs for any occasion. With a recognized aesthetic for delicate and intricate paper florals, her work has been featured on various online blogs including 100 Layer Cake and Lia Griffith. Her designs aim to capture a moment in time, like the beauty of flowers in bloom or the expression of love to another. If you can dream it, Jessie can make it.
