Spend the day learning how to draw stunning seasonal botanical works using coloured pencils. A step-by-step project such as a decorative gourd or pumpkin will be the focus of this full-day workshop. Coloured pencils are easy to use and convenient to store and replace, making them an ideal medium for both beginner students and experienced artists. The drawing process will be discussed in detail and techniques such as burnishing and layering, along with accurate colour matching, tonal rendering and composition will guide students to master this rewarding medium and leave with a completed piece.
