Spend the day learning how to draw stunning and realistic seasonal botanical works using the simple medium of coloured pencils. A step-by-step project such as a gourd or an apple will be the focus of this full-day workshop. Coloured pencils are easy to use and convenient to store and replace, making them an ideal medium for both beginner students and experienced artists. The drawing process will be discussed in detail and techniques such as burnishing and layering, along with accurate colour matching, tonal rendering and composition will guide students to master this rewarding medium and leave with a beautiful completed piece.
